Our rules

- We never touch your company email, your main website or your billing.
- Create nothing new to make a screen work. No second Business Manager, ad account or property. Send a screenshot instead.
- Passwords only by a one-time link (onetimesecret.com), then change it when we finish.

- Creative files sit in your shared folder from day one. Keep a copy.
- Campaign pages we host come down at the end of notice.
- CRM contacts: export any time.
- A previous agency owns an asset? Do not rebuild it. Tell us and we write the transfer request.
