Approving creatives and launch plans.
Nothing goes live with your name on it until you say yes.
Email from Stephen→Your one-line reply→Live
Where it arrives
Its own email thread from Stephen. Your deadline is in the first paragraph.
- Launch plan: PDF.
- Ads and posts: PDF, plus a review page with a Hold button under each one.
- Copy and scripts: PDF or a Google Doc you can comment on.
- Print: PDF proof at final size. What is on the proof is what prints.
Approve in one line
- Open the email it arrived on.
- Press Reply. Not forward, not a new email.
- Type one line:
"1, 2 and 4 approved, changes on 3 below."
Only your named approver's yes starts the work. You get a reply saying what goes live and when. Nothing within one working day? Forward your approval with BLOCKED in the subject.
Changes: one message
- One line per change, naming the creative.
- All in one message. Three emails count as three rounds.
- Say what is wrong, not how to redesign it.
- One revision round per creative. More is out of scope. Our mistakes are fixed free.
If you say nothing
- 48hoursads go live as shown, unless you press Hold
- 5working daysplans and documents count as approved
- 1written yesalways needed in insurance, finance and health
Hold stops one item. To pause the lot, reply "hold everything".
Lead time
- Plans arrive about two weeks before the first item goes live.
- Changed your mind after approval? That is a new round.
- Changed the offer? Tell us the moment you know and expect a new date.
PDF first
Every plan and creative set comes as a PDF. Figma is optional. Figma will not open? Use the PDF. No PDF on the thread? Reply:
Feedback on leads
One line per lead: fit or not, and why.
- In the CRM: note it, then mark Lost with the reason or Closed Won with the value.
- By email: reply on the report thread, one name and reason per line.
- Recordings of booked calls help most.
What your yes means
You confirm the claims, prices, offers and regulated wording are accurate and lawful for your sector. Wording the law requires goes in the brief under "must include". Flag an error and we pull the ad that moment.
Common questions
- How do I approve a launch plan or creatives? Do you need a signature?
- What happens if I do not reply to the creatives?
- Who approves what if we have a day-to-day contact and a compliance sign-off?
